What should I expect from this coaching relationship? Christian Coaching is a way to work on an area of your life you need help with. Joy will start off praying with you and asking God to join. She will help as you gain insight and awareness, so you can develop and follow through on an action plan. You will receive a digital journal and tools for success. Coaching is different from counseling in that it’s looking forward to the future rather than look back to the past–although we sometimes look at the lies you learned in the past when they’re affecting your ability to reach your goals.
